for owners who commit less than 25 units:
50% off turnover cleaning of your unit (credited after unit rents and management fee is recieved)

for owners who commit 25 or more units:
50% of the 1st full month rent as a fee for the “rent up” process
8.5% of the gross monthly rent as the management fee

leasing service:

85% of 1st full month rent
