<p>our office will be closed from saturday through monday for the martin luther king jr. holiday weekend. in addition we will be closed on tuesday for some technical updates. we will return to the office on wednesday, january 23rd at 10am. if you have a rental emergency while we are away, please call our office and wait for the option to leave a message on our mobile line. we will be checking our messages daily so please leave detailed information so we can handle your call appropriately.</p>
