it’s february…the month of love and we love giving out our gift cards to two of our tenant’s who have paid their rent by the first of the month. i sure hope your january was great and that you’re off to a great 2012. i’m pleased to announce our two winners for february 2012:

as we expected, we had a smaller turnout for rent payments this month in order to take advantage of our gift card drawing for those tenants who pay their rent on time (by the 1st).  between the holidays and our office closure many people are just too busy to get the rent in on time. january and july are historically the worst payment months so plan ahead so you can participate in our drawing. for these drawings that fall on a day our office is closed, we will check the mail for payments as well as include those rent we recieved ahead of time. for those of you who got it in, you had great odds this month and i’m pleased to announce our two first winners of 2012:

just a little reminder that our office will be closed for our winter holiday break, beginning december 21st and will be gone through january 2nd. we will return for normal business hours on tuesday, january 3rd.

if you have a rental emergency which cannot wait until we return, please call our office and wait for the option to be transferred to our mobile line. once there, leave us a message making sure to leave your name, rental address and your phone number as we will be spending time with family and friends and may not have access to our database in order to obtain your contact information.

just another reminder about our newly announced monthly gift card drawing. you become eligible for one entry per adult on your lease agreement every time you simply pay your rent on time, by the 1st.

we’re getting ready (and excited!) about a new program we are rolling out that we think all of our dwellers will be just as excited about!

just in time for the holidays, beginning november 1, 2011, we will now have a monthly drawing to say thanks to our dwellers (i.e. tenants) who pay their rent on time. here’s how it works:

• pay your rent on or before the due date. this means we have received your rent on or before the 1^st day of each month (not the extra days given before a late fee is charged).
• once rent is received, all adults on your lease will be entered in our drawing individually.
• on the 2^nd day of each month, we will select two names randomly from our pool of entries.
• these two individuals will be notified that they are one of our winners for the month.
• the prize? a $50.00 visa gift card for each winner!!!!
• we will mail the gift cards by the 10th of each month unless you call to pick it up sooner.

that’s easy, right? we think so and we look forward to handing out these gift cards each month as our special thanks for the dwellers who pay their rent on time. just think, if you pay on time each month, then each month you’ll have a chance to win!

well, we just discovered this morning that comcast has made a mistake in the transfer of our service and we don’t have any phone lines today. smile. so, if you need to reach us, please email us at info@dwellmanagement.com and we will be checking there throughout the day to return messages.

as of noon today, our office will be closed for the weekend as we move to our new house. we will reopen for normal business hours on tuesday at 10am.
