i hinted at this a few days ago.

last year we rolled out a thank you program for our tenants who pay their rent on time. boy have we had a good time giving out those gift cards and so we decided we wanted to add another way to win $50.

we want to boost our social media presence and we need your help!

each month we’ll be giving away THREE $50 GIFT CARDS!!! you’ll have the chance to enter our contest in a specified manner for that month. one month it might be tweeting about us, another month we might focus on facebook comments. on the first of each month, i’ll announce both our winners from the previous month and the focus of our contest for the new month.
