hi all!  due to the severe weather warning for the portland area beginning tonight and through tomorrow for snow, freezing rain and sleet, we have made some adjustments.  our office has closed early this afternoon so we can go check on all of our vacant units before the storm hits. additionally, we don’t anticipate being open tomorrow.  we will reassess the situation in the morning and post an update.  you are welcome to call if you want to check if we have made it in. 

in the meantime, for all current tenants, please make sure your faucets are running and if you have plumbing on an outside wall, please open up cupboards to let the heat in to the area near the plumbing.
