I am interested in renting #3 on Boundary st. I was wondering if you could tell me the total move in cost and if the bonus room can be turned into an additional bedroom. Thank you for your time and have a great day!

Hi Denise:
Thanks for writing. #3 on Boundary has rented; however, #2 is still available which is the same floor plan and price. The total move in for a typical situation would be first month rent of $1395 plus the deposit of $1500 plus garbage of $27 for a total of $2922. You would add to this amount any pet rent or other charges that we aren’t able to forecast without looking at an application. Yes the bonus room can be slept in. There are appropriate fire exits and there is a small closet and room for a clothes armoire. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks so much!

My wife and I just looked at Boundary #4 and we want to rent it from you very much. We have not submitted an application as it is Sunday. I am just wondering when we could come by and fill it out. I have looked through the site for an on line version, but could not locate if you have one. I called and left a message on the general line for Chamille so if one of you could call me at 503 750-1534 on Monday morning that would be great.

Thanks for checking out our units. Boundary #4 is so lovely and we’re so glad you liked it! We are in the process of getting the app online and available for just this reason. In the meantime, you are welcome to come by anytime during business hours M-F 9am-6pm or Sat 10am-2pm. We can also email you an application if you’d like to shoot us your email address by mailing info@dwellmanagement.com.
