this is one of my favorite units we have for rent right now. the floor plan is really open and there are a lot of windows which make the unit light and airy. also, i absolutely love the bonus room…it’s not a hole in the wall…it’s a good sized room that suits just about any lifestyle. use the extra space as an office, a guest bedroom, a playroom or a place for you to get your creative juices flowing. the backyard is large and gives you and your pet a place to enjoy our spring weather. two ample bedrooms upstairs share a very large bathroom in between the rooms. and location? perfect. i love the sellwood area and can highly recommend the restaurants and shops that you will find within blocks of your new home.
